Job Title: Installation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Installation Specialist to join our team at Acadia Commercial Interiors. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for determining layout and installation procedures, measuring and marking guidelines for installations, and preparing and maintaining work materials and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine layout and installation procedures
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees
Support for Youths:
  • Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations
Support for Mature Workers:
  • Provide staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
