The Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse will be a key member of the Hospitals & Communities Integrated Services (HCIS) or Tertiary Mental Health Services multi-disciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assessment, treatment, case management, community support, and urgent response to clients with serious mental health problems, substance use issues, and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Function as a primary clinician utilizing specialized treatment modalities/therapies for individuals, groups, and/or their families.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure timely, responsive, and evidence-based treatment and clinical supports across the continuum of available services.
Requirements:
  • Experience providing brief mental health and substance use assessments of clients in crisis.
