Your Responsibilities

As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you will establish or grow your own financial services practice within your community. Your personal drive will be essential in developing a client portfolio and providing tailored investment solutions.

Support We Provide

Office and Administrative Support: Each financial advisor at Edward Jones is equipped with a firm-provided office and an administrative assistant to facilitate client services and marketing efforts.

Training and Development: We are committed to supporting all our financial advisors with training designed to ensure their success throughout their careers. For new advisors, we allocate extensive resources to assist them in passing necessary licensing exams and offer financial support during the initial years of practice.

Compensation Structure:

At Edward Jones, we offer unlimited earning potential that accurately reflects the growth and success of your practice. Your compensation package will include opportunities for commissions, bonuses, profit sharing, and incentive travel. Take the next step in leading your own professional practice with Edward Jones.

We understand that building a business requires time, which is why we have developed a new compensation program for financial advisors that supports and rewards you as you acquire the skills, systems, and business practices necessary for success in our client-focused model. This program includes trainee pay, a supplemental salary for up to four years, commissions, and compensation for new assets gathered during the first five years.

Supplemental Starting Salary Range: $38,500 - $100,000

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to building long-term client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Previous experience in Financial Advisory or Investment sales is advantageous.
  • Completion of licensing courses is beneficial.
