Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team at CAA Club Group. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for managing the monthly financial close process for our Insurance legal entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the monthly financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements.
  • Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations prepared by team members.
  • Analyze and present monthly financial results to senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain accounting procedures to promote efficiency in transactions and reporting.
  • Manage regulatory filings, industry surveys, and external reporting submissions.
  • Assist in preparing materials for quarterly Board and Audit & Risk committee meetings.
  • Interact with internal and external auditors and other external parties.
  • Support technical accounting research and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA qualification required.
  • 5+ years of progressive financial/corporate accounting or public accounting experience.
  • Financial reporting and regulatory compliance experience in P&C Insurance.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of IFRS 17 and P&C regulatory standards.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective people management and leadership abilities.
