Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project management and provide direct or indirect leadership for small to medium-sized projects, which may encompass equipment-only solutions, product suites, or non-turnkey initiatives.
- Act as a resource for best practices and quality assurance, staying informed about the latest advancements in the field.
- Contribute to the development of strategies and policies, ensuring effective delivery within the designated area of responsibility.
- Utilize sound judgment to address moderately complex challenges in operational management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.
- Employ technical expertise for data analysis to support informed recommendations.
- Possess the ability to lead smaller projects with moderate risks and resource demands.
- Develop persuasive communication skills to influence stakeholders on relevant topics.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, coupled with over 10 years of pertinent experience in the OEM Nuclear power generation sector. Proven capability to lead programs and projects effectively.
