Electrical Engineer Job Description

V2Soft is a global company with a presence in multiple countries, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, India, and France. As an Electrical Engineer at V2Soft, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing electrical systems for our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical systems, including power distribution, controls, and HVAC systems.
  • Investigate and resolve electrical system deficiencies and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to provide solutions for equipment and building upgrades.
  • Develop scope of work for facility construction and equipment installation projects.
  • Manage outside contractor services for building and equipment maintenance and repairs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in facility electrical systems, including power distribution, controls, and safety controls.
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, such as HVAC, utilities, air compressors, and cooling towers.
  • Ability to interpret and develop electrical and mechanical drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong project management skills, organizational skills, teamwork, written and verbal communication.
