Job Title: Installation Coordinator

NuMove Robotique & Vision is a leading manufacturer and integrator of robotic systems and industrial automation solutions. We are seeking an experienced Installation Coordinator to join our team in Montreal.

About the Role:

The Installation Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, supervising, and implementing mechanical and electrical installations in our factory and on customer sites. This role requires strong analytical skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to propose and implement solutions during installation and commissioning of our equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise external mechanical and electrical installation resources;
  • Ensure the smooth running, delivery, and quality of our mechanical and electrical installations;
  • Communicate and interact with customers throughout the installation;
  • Update and communicate working documents to monitor the progress of the installation remotely;
  • Support the commissioning team during system startup;
  • Diagnose and propose solutions to the project team to successfully complete the installation;
  • Customize mechanical parts required for project progress (if necessary, on customer site);
  • Respect and ensure monitoring of customer health and safety requirements and standards.

Requirements:

  • DEC in electromechanics or equivalent diploma;
  • 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Forklift driver's license;
  • Valid driver's license and passport with no travel restrictions;
  • Experience in industrial automation and machine manufacturing (asset);
  • Perfect knowledge of French;
  • Functional English, given the nature of the position, interaction with our customers in the United States and English Canada;
  • Good knowledge of computers and the Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Knowledge of machining (asset).
