Culinary Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at WOK BOX Restaurant as an Executive Chef. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our dishes are of the highest quality.

• Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
• Staff Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of our kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our dishes are presented in a way that meets our high standards.

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Work Setting: Urban area.
• Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods.
