Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatching and Scheduling: Coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment, ensuring that all shipments are delivered on time and in good condition.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle operator work, mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of vehicle operators and crews, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the dispatching process, such as equipment malfunctions or driver shortages.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience in a related field is an asset
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
