Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Corky's Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and sale of liquor products, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing losses.
- Sales and Customer Service: Foster a positive shopping environment, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and promotions.
- Store Operations: Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software.
