About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer with people management experience to join our dynamic team at ATS Software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Project Planning: Contribute to overall sprint planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Feature Development: Plan, architect, and implement new features following best practices.
  • Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and promote continuous improvement practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update documentation.
  • SDLC Processes: Ensure the SDLC processes and release flow are followed.
  • Long-Term Planning: Work closely with Product Owners to discuss long-term plans.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with other teams to ensure that we deliver quality software.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
  • Proficiency in one or more of React/Redux, PHP, Java.
  • PostgreSQL, DocumentDB.
  • Redis.
  • Docker.
  • AWS.
  • Gitlab CI/CD (a plus).
