Job Title: Nanny

We are seeking a qualified and experienced nanny to join our team at UPHOME. As a nanny, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare to our clients' children in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch childcare services to infants and children, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Establish a safe and healthy environment for children, including maintaining a clean and organized home.
  • Plan and engage in activities that promote children's physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Travel with families on trips and provide childcare services during these times.
  • Care for pets and maintain a safe environment for them.
  • Discipline children according to the parents' methods and instructions.
  • Communicate effectively with parents to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in childcare.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
