Job Summary

Sunbelt Rentals Film & TV is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team in Burnaby, BC. As a key member of our Location Equipment Supply (LES) team, you will be responsible for supporting the production industry's growing ambitions by assisting with inventory management, equipment maintenance, and logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping equipment
  • Conduct vehicle pre/post trip inspections and escalate issues to manager as applicable
  • Perform cleaning and organization tasks in the warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
  • Support inventory investigations, inspect products for defects and damages, and operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks
  • Assist with equipment repair and setup, and provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift or move heavy products up to 75lbs
  • Ability to operate forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours/shifts when needed
  • Demonstrated ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
