Job Title: Commercial Property Manager

About the Role:

This is a key position that requires a high level of expertise in property management, including supervising employees, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with company quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective property management
  • Manage employee schedules and approve weekly timesheets
  • Handle service contracts and ensure compliance with company quality standards
  • Approve purchase orders and ensure follow-up
  • Identify and resolve common issues
  • Prepare monthly management reports
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and schedules regarding property planning and management
Requirements:
  • French and English language proficiency, spoken and written
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Five years of related work experience in commercial real estate (shopping centers)
  • Experience in general construction repairs
  • Excellent organization, time management skills, and ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
