Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Support Worker to join our team at Atlantik Quality Care. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients with various needs, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. You will also assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation. Additionally, you will provide companionship and emotional support to our clients, helping them to maintain their dignity and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as toileting and mobility
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:
