Compressor Operator

Location: Grande Prairie, AB

Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled Compressor Operator to join our team in Grande Prairie. This role may involve staying in camp, with varying shifts. As a key player in our Operations Solutions Business Unit, you will contribute to the dynamic and expanding environment of Roska DBO Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain compressor systems efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.

Required Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
  • Possession of a valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is advantageous.
  • Background as an Oil & Gas Operator is beneficial.
  • Experience in well testing operations with rotating equipment is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada is mandatory.

Essential Competencies:
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing high volumes of communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capability to work independently, exercising sound judgment when seeking assistance.
