Rural Farmhand

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Farm Hand at 2225551 ONTARIO LIMITED. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

• Planting and Cultivation: Plant and cultivate crops in a timely and efficient manner to ensure optimal growth and yield.
• Harvesting: Harvest crops at the appropriate time to ensure maximum quality and quantity.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair farm equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Record Keeping: Accurately record crop yields, weather patterns, and other relevant data to inform future farming decisions.

As a Farm Hand, you will work in a rural area with varying weather conditions, including wet, damp, and hot environments. You will be required to work outdoors for extended periods, often in physically demanding conditions.

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
• Experience: Experience in agriculture or a related field is an asset.
• Physical Demands: You must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
