About the Role

M.A.Y. Cosmetics Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and ensure that our products meet all relevant standards.
  • Sampling and Analysis: Assist in developing programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards and ensure the accuracy of test results.
  • Training and Development: Conduct safety training programs and assist in the development of standards, health and safety measures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, research and development, and quality assurance to ensure seamless execution of quality control processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, biology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, regulatory requirements, and analytical techniques. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
