As an Itinerant Support Service Worker, you will work with clients in various locations, providing support and guidance to help them navigate their daily lives. Your expertise will be invaluable in assessing client needs, developing personalized plans, and connecting them with community resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client needs and develop personalized support plans
  • Provide guidance and support to clients in various locations
  • Connect clients with community resources and services
  • Prepare reports and case histories
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
