About the Role

Astellas Pharma Canada is seeking a highly skilled Business & Technical Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation initiative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency through the effective use of SAP technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP solutions.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to SAP solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP FICO, with a proven track record of leading large-scale SAP implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FICO, including FSCM, Treasury, and Material Ledger.
  • Experience with SAP S4/HANA, SAP ECC, and other SAP solutions.
