We are seeking a dedicated Construction Site Laborer to assist in various tasks on our construction projects. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work in challenging environments.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Work Environment
  • Primarily outdoors
  • Exposure to noisy and dusty conditions
Work Setting

The position is based at construction sites where various projects are underway.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials as needed.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials including concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting operations on-site.
  • Level earth to meet specified grade requirements.
  • Support demolition activities of existing structures.
  • Clean and organize salvaged materials for reuse.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
  • Manage cleanup of chemical spills and other hazardous materials.
Physical Requirements
  • This role is physically demanding and involves handling heavy loads.
  • Must be able to lift weights up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
Personal Protective Equipment

Employees are required to have the following safety gear:

  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Safety glasses or goggles
  • Protective gloves
  • Ear plugs
