Job Title: Retail Sales Clerk

Erie Accent Pools & Spas Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Clerk to join our team. As a Retail Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions, handle cash, credit card payments, and operate a cash register.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the display of merchandise and the maintenance of inventory levels.
  • Assist customers in finding products and providing information about merchandise.
  • Operate computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate sales records.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail sales experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
