About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Mehome Real Estate Services Inc. as a key member of our business intelligence team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Predictive Models

Design and develop predictive models to analyze large datasets and identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions.

Communicate Insights to Stakeholders

Effectively communicate complex data insights to both business and technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed.

Lead Data Science Initiatives

Lead data science initiatives to drive business growth and improvement, leveraging expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.

Manage and Maintain Databases

Design, develop, and maintain databases to support business intelligence and data analytics efforts.

Operate Database Management Systems

Operate database management systems to analyze data, identify trends, and inform business decisions.

Research and Document Data Requirements

Research and document data requirements, data collection and administration policy, and data access rules to ensure data quality and integrity.

Conduct Routine Statistical Analysis

Conduct routine statistical analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.

Analyze and Interpret Data

Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

Process Data for Basic Analyses

Process data to conduct basic analyses of trends and patterns.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.

Skills

Strong skills in data analysis, machine learning, statistical modeling, and database management.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Proficiency in machine learning, R, SQL, and Python programming languages.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Personal Suitability

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.
