Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality assurance audits on CSO operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to managers and team leads to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure our operations meet the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to develop cooperative working relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly report and document quality issues.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, customer service, and related practices and procedures.
  • Knowledge of metering and billing functions, customer service, and related practices and procedures of a regulated utility.
  • Experience with computerized systems, data processing, and computer operations.
