Key Responsibilities:- Conduct quality assurance audits on CSO operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to managers and team leads to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
