Position Overview:

The Chief Cashier oversees all cashier operations by managing sales transactions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Process returns and monitor cash register balances
  • Maintain the cashier workstation
  • Supervise cashier activities and manage store supplies
  • Execute store opening protocols
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients and addressing concerns

Qualifications We Seek:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience with computer systems, including data entry and management
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail as a cashier
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in identifying and promoting products based on customer requirements, including credit services, installation options, complementary product sales, protection plans, and explaining warranty details, product features, and advantages
  • At least 1 year of retail experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in any sector, including leading, assessing, training, and mentoring team members and delegating responsibilities
  • At least 6 months of retail experience in recognizing common indicators of theft (e.g., concealed items, products under carts, altered price tags)
