About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Refrigeration Foreman to join our team at Enersolv Design & Build Ltd. As a key member of our commercial projects team, you will play a vital role in the installation and maintenance of modern refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of large and medium-sized commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects and team members, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
  • Oversee the scheduling of teams and equipment deliveries, and provide on-site training for apprentice installation technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with current health and safety practices and promote a safe system of work.
  • Develop and implement task-specific method statements and risk assessments.
  • Analyze and interpret construction and schematic drawings, technical literature, and equipment specifications.
  • Coordinate administrative aspects of installation and maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through verbal and written communication with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Inter-Provincial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience installing, maintaining, and commissioning refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Level 1 First Aid.
  • Basic personal hand tools for the trade; Enersolv will provide company-related tools.
  • Knowledge of Mitsubishi, Daikin, LG, and Samsung/Trane variable refrigerant flow/volume (VRF/VRV), multi-split systems.
