About the Role

Momentum Clothing is seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Advertise and promote products, sales, or services to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining a visually appealing store environment
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control and prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail sales environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods
  • Positive attitude, organized, and team player with excellent communication skills
