Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Licensed Practical Nurse to join our care team in one of our beautiful care facilities.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal and nursing care to residents, performing assessments, and implementing care plans. They will also be responsible for administering medications, supervising care staff, and performing other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities- Provide personal and nursing care to residents, including administering medications and performing assessments.
- Implement care plans and make recommendations for resident care.
- Supervise care staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
- Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge and background in Dementia care (preferred).
- Cultural education and experience are preferred.
- A competitive hourly rate of $32.84.
