Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day pharmacy dispensary operations, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
- Lead clinical responsibilities, including drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners to drive business growth and patient satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, team member scheduling, training, and development.
- Identify business strengths and patient needs, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and improvement.
- Enforce policies and best practice protocols related to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.
- Complete all licensee tasks as dictated by the College of Pharmacy in your province.
- Communicate with the Regional Pharmacy Manager to optimize efficiencies and workflow.
- A Canadian Pharmacist license in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
- Pharmacy management experience or a minimum of 2 years as a Pharmacist.
- Fluency with Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance procedures.
- Injection Certification.
