Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and a well-organized store environment.
  • Merchandising and Inventory: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, and develop sales floor staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience, with a focus on customer service and sales
  • Language: English
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
