Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and developing your store team to deliver exceptional customer service and help pet owners find the right nutrition and solutions for their pets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of employees, including recruiting, scheduling, training, and day-to-day assignment of tasks
  • Ensure all customer service standards are met by staff and maintain courteous relationships within the community
  • Operate the store in accordance with company standards and procedures
  • Coordinate order placements, maintain inventory, and ensure store audits and safety audits are completed
  • Coordinate minor store repairs and complete miscellaneous corporate paperwork
  • Drive business results by coordinating efforts of store staff to achieve targeted results

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years customer service and retail store management experience
  • Ability to have reliable means of transportation to and from the store
  • Industry experience an asset
