Contract Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team at CB Canada. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a critical role in promoting and tracking the approval and execution process, managing and maintaining contracts database, and implementing company contract execution policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in promoting and tracking the approval and execution process
  • Manage and maintain contracts database
  • Run the whole life cycle of company contracts, from initial request to final signature and contract distribution
  • Implement company contract execution policy and procedures
  • Deploy both internal and external requests for status of contracts
  • Compromise with clients on terms of agreements
  • Review contracts to ensure completeness
  • Develop precise contractual provisions and administering contract proposals
  • Handle contract execution processes
  • Enter contract details into company database
  • Pull reports from the contracts database on an as-needed basis
Requirements:
  • Able to handle multiple assignments, work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to assist the team in meeting client demands on accelerated schedules
  • Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
  • Special organizational skills to track and monitor contracts for future obligations, expiration dates and other contractual deadlines
  • Comprehensive knowledge of contract administration
  • 2+ years of experience in the specific field or related area
  • Advanced knowledge of diverse computer applications
  • Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn about new ideas and concepts
