Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, arrange appointments, and cultivate relationships with clients through various communication methods.
- Inform clients about their insurance options and products tailored to their requirements.

- Support clients in navigating everyday risks and recovering from unforeseen events.

Compensation Overview:
- Base Salary: $45-$50K
- Uncapped commission potential
- Annual performance bonuses
- Health, Dental, and Life insurance benefits (after 3 months)
- Estimated total compensation: $60,000 - $100,000
This position is with an independent contractor agent who is part of the Desjardins exclusive agent network. The agent's employees are not employees of Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries. Independent contractor agents are responsible for all employment decisions regarding their staff.
