Key Responsibilities of the Store Operations Associate:

  • Overseeing the accuracy of cash register operations
  • Preparing bank deposits and compiling data for daily cash reporting
  • Training team members on SKU and pricing matters, as well as managing signage and labels
  • Ensuring inventory accuracy and proper product pricing
  • Conducting and participating in inventory counts
  • Executing additional related tasks as assigned

Qualifications for the Store Operations Associate:

  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Prior experience in a retail setting

Work Schedule for the Store Operations Associate: A standard full-time schedule typically includes daytime shifts, two evenings each week, and alternating weekends, totaling 40 hours per week. A part-time schedule may consist of a combination of days, evenings, and weekends, up to 24 hours weekly.

Physical Requirements for the Store Operations Associate: The role involves physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, lifting items up to 18 kg, reaching, and operating various equipment.
