The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and be able to work independently to prepare layouts, measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building foundations, installing floor beams, laying subflooring, and erecting walls and roof systems. Additionally, they will fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware, and maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures. The work environment is physically demanding, and the ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the field. The position is permanent, and the working hours are 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
* Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
* Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
* Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
* Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience in carpentry
* Strong background in woodworking and construction
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks
* English language proficiency
