Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards related to your role.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about slot machines, including their operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service to ensure a positive gaming experience.
  • Verify and process jackpot payouts, short pays, cancelled credits, and hand-pay transactions.
  • Comply with policies and procedures for all notable and significant cash/cash equivalent transactions.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and pleasant environment for customers.
  • Perform hopper fills and other tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Ability to obtain a gaming license.
  • Serving it Right Certification.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Second language an asset.
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible with work schedule.

Work Environment

  • Regular casino environment, standing for long periods of time, and non-traditional work hours.
