About the Role

FALCON XPRESS TRANSPORTATION GROUP INC. is seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Workforce Development: Train workers in duties and policies, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Operational Oversight: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal productivity.
  • Logistical Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures, planning and overseeing operational logistics to meet business objectives.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Language and Communication: Work in English, with a strong emphasis on clear and effective communication.
  • Work Hours: Work 35 to 45 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
