About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Mima Concrete Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by removing rubble and other debris.
  • Task Execution: Perform routine maintenance work, mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Transportation: Travel to and from job sites, with travel expenses paid by the employer.
Work Environment

As a Construction Labourer at Mima Concrete Ltd., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and perform physically demanding tasks.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
