Position Overview

The Vice President of Operations at Jin's Art Inc. plays a crucial role in steering the organization towards its strategic goals. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the efficient management of resources and ensuring the implementation of organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate material, human, and financial resources to support the organization's initiatives.
  • Department Leadership: Authorize and organize the formation of major departments and appoint senior staff positions.
  • Coordination: Co-ordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Policy Development: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that guide operations.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization in official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimal working conditions.
  • Financial Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; oversee human resources planning.
Travel Requirements

Candidates must be willing to travel as needed for business purposes.

Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to less than 5 years in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
