Role Summary

What does this role entail?

As a representative of RBC within our branches, your primary focus will be on prioritizing client needs and providing tailored solutions. You will advocate for the RBC brand and enhance business growth by assisting in attracting new clients and strengthening current relationships. If you possess the drive to deliver outstanding customer service and excel in a performance-driven environment, this position can pave the way for a successful career as an Account Manager or Banking Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with clients in the branch, ensuring an exceptional service experience through transaction completion and by identifying sales and referral opportunities.
  • Emphasize education and demonstration, utilizing technology to create memorable client interactions, drive solutions, and retain business.
  • Contribute to team success by actively listening and identifying opportunities to provide additional advice, connecting clients with RBC partners, or personally fulfilling client needs.
  • Take initiative in resolving and preventing client banking issues.
  • Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with partners to operate as a unified RBC team.
  • Mitigate risks by adhering to compliance protocols, processes, and controls to safeguard client and shareholder interests during transactions.
