Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Booster Juice. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling.
