- Financial Management: Oversee the farm's financial records, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of staff and/or volunteers to ensure the smooth operation of the farm.
- Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to maximize crop yields and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer.
