Server Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Boiling Point Group. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, floors, and restrooms
  • Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment, preferably as a server
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Work Environment:

  • Work will be conducted in a kitchen and restaurant environment
  • May encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment
  • May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces
  • Noise level in the work environment is frequently loud

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to continuously stand or walk
  • Ability to bend and lift frequently
  • Ability to lift up to 10lbs frequently and 50lbs occasionally
  • Ability to squat occasionally
