Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our fulfillment team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of online grocery orders to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack online grocery orders with precision and care, adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards.
  • Efficiently assemble orders from various temperature areas, ensuring a high quality standard and accuracy.
  • Correctly document and label all orders, interpreting and understanding documentation including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
  • Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  • Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area and operating material handling equipment safely.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
