About the Role:

This position is responsible for managing training on safety, methods, and service objectives for new employees. You will determine hiring and training needs to meet production expectations and implement Safe Work Methods training to ensure efficient work practices are being followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures, operating in full compliance with department, station, corporate, and government requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kg.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Post-secondary education, degree preferred but not required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
