Job Title: Transportation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Manager to join our team at IHAUL FREIGHT SYSTEM INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the transportation and logistics operations of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation Planning: Develop and implement transportation plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Freight Management: Manage freight operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of shipments.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and laws.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of transportation coordinators to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in transportation management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The Transportation Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Experience:

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in transportation management or a related field.
