Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
    • Dust and polish furniture to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
    • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris.
    • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
    • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to maintain a high level of hygiene.
  • Facilities Maintenance
    • Stock linen closets to ensure a sufficient supply of linens.
    • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
    • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and clean environment.
    • Handle and report lost and found items to maintain a high level of organization.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide basic information on facilities to customers and visitors.
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
    • Launder clothing and household linens to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
    • Shop for food and household supplies to maintain a sufficient stock.
    Requirements
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
    • Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
    • Fluency in English.
