Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KHEHRA&SANDHU LTD.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of food service staff, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. The position requires attention to detail, excellent oral communication, and efficient interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a restaurant environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. The position requires attention to detail, excellent oral communication, and efficient interpersonal skills.
