This position is set in a bustling restaurant atmosphere, where teamwork and efficiency are key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen items, including dishwashing mats and waste disposal units.
  • Assist in loading buspans and trays for service.
  • Operate dishwashers effectively to maintain cleanliness of dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Portion and wrap food items for service.
  • Maintain a sanitized kitchen by cleaning work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in appropriate storage areas.
  • Manage kitchen waste by removing garbage and trash regularly.
  • Perform floor maintenance by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
  • Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting as needed.
