  2. Assist customers with processing transactions through the self-service area, providing clear instructions and support as needed.
  3. Promote company-sponsored programs and services, such as credit card services and charity initiatives.
  4. Monitor customer activity and provide assistance when needed, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  5. Respond to EAS alarms and complete necessary documentation.
  6. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns.
  7. Perform quality checks and interventions as required, explaining the reasons for the intervention in a positive and reassuring manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
